Initial damage assessments consist of a detailed, onsite, inspection of a property, identifying all and any damages, photographing damages, and preparing a repair estimate in Xactimate reflecting and correlating to the damages portrayed in our detailed photo report. This service allows contractors to provide a detailed work product, save time inspecting properties, and determine the full scope of repairs.

  • Detailed Photo Report Showing All Damages to a Property

This service allows for detailed view into the extent of damages on any given client’s property. Photos will be mounted and labeled with a description.

—-Appraisal—-

  • Full Appraisal Process and Coordination Between Insured and Insurance Company

This service is recommended when an impasse occurs with an insurance company and your client wishes to take an insurance claim to appraisal. Coordination will be handled, and demand letters will be provided from our office for your client to send to their insurance company to ensure swift action is taken in regard to their claim.

—-Remote Estimate—-

  • Creation of Xactimate or Symbility Estimate with Criteria from Contractor

This service is for when a scope of damages has been determined and damages need to be converted into an Xactimate or Symbility estimate.

Pricing is based upon a fee schedule. To receive a revised fee schedule please reach out to our office to obtain a contractual service agreement.

Once a contract has been requested, TrueScope will gather details and preferences prior to performing regular services to ensure client satisfaction. The contractor’s company headers and logos will be added to our work product, as TrueScope’s work is presented to you ( TrueScope’s client) as the client’s product, as we are working for you to perform a requested service. If you do not have a contract and are interested in obtaining one, request one here.

—-Single Service Request—-

We will perform any of the above listed services starting at their listed base rate and adhere to our Single Service Request Fee Schedule. Once a request is made a team member will reach out to you to go over our pricing and confirm any other special request in regard to a selected service on a property.

We do not negotiate or present a client’s work product to insurance companies. TrueScope offers independent damage assessments for, you, our client. We are not a supplement company and do not have the ability to negotiate with insurance companies as we are not operating as a public adjuster or attorney.
